18Loop nominated for a Futurehealth award!
18Loop has been nominated for a FutureHealth award in the category of Best Technological Digital Advances! We are being considered because of our developmental work in helping pediatric cancer patients to tolerate treatment, recover and thrive through the deployment of Virtual Reality.
The FutureHealth.global conference was originally scheduled for March 17th and 18th 2020, but was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. The award nomination will carry over to FutureHealth.global 2021. 18Loop Executive Director Greg Tarnacki looks forward to the 2021 conference and is excited to attend the awards ceremony and present. Let’s root for a win for 18Loop! FutureHealth.global is an amazing platform to reach healthcare professionals and political influencers from around the globe. Annually, the conference is attended by more than 4,000 healthcare professionals. 18Loop’s participation at FutureHealth is part of our focus on Advocacy and Awareness. We will educate doctors, hospital staff, technologists and cancer families about the benefit of Virtual Reality for tolerance to treatment and recovery. The technology has benefits beyond the pediatric cancer community and we hope to shed a light on all its applications. To support 18Loop’s Advocacy and Awareness programs, click here. |
